Xiaomi has rolled out a new MIUI 12.5 beta update with version 21.5.11 in China. The latest beta update comes with some new features to improve the system performance.

As per the changelog, it added two-finger gestures and regional screen capture functions. However, it depends on the system version release and temporarily only the development version users can experience it.
Further, it brings newly-click the word segmentation module for secondary recognition for making the recognition more accurate and a function of sliding word selection to improve the efficiency of word selection.
