POCO confirms to launch new smartphone series this year, POCO X3 Pro incoming

In November 2020, POCO launched its mid-range smartphone, POCO M3 with a 6.53-inch Full HD+ LCD  Dotdrop screen with a 90.34% screen-to-body ratio, powered by Snapdragon 662 SoC, 48-megapixel primary rear camera, and more.

Now, we’re in the second month of 2021, the company is planning to launch another smartphone, POCO X3 Pro. More recently, this device has been certified by the Malaysian Institute of Standards and Industry (SIRIMM) and the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS).

At the same time, according to the latest report, Poco X3 Pro will be launched this year. Poco has officially shared its product line over the years through its Twitter handle. From 2018, the company has successively launched Poco F1, Poco F2 Pro, Poco X3, Poco M3, and other models.

As per the previous reports, a POCO smartphone model M2102J20SG has been approved by the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) of Russia, Federal Communications Commission (FCC) of the United States, Infocomm Media Development Authority of Singapore (IMDA), and TUV Rheinland authorities.

On the basis of the IMEI database, the M2102J20SG model belongs to the upcoming POCO X3 Pro. The FCC listing suggests that the phone will be equipped with MIUI 12, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, LTE, and NFC.

Recent reports suggested that the code name Vayu and Bhima refer to different variants of the same base model of the POCO X3 Pro. The publication claims that the device may be equipped with the sm8150 chip

The quad-camera setup of the phone may constitute a 48MP primary wide-angle lens, an ultra-wide-angle lens, a macro camera, and a depth sensor.

Besides this, we have no more information about the POCO X3 Pro, but we can expect the company may release more details in the upcoming days.
