January 2022 security update is out now for the Redmi Note 9 Pro device around the globe. The users are accessing the update in different regions through the OTA (over the air) format. The security patch runs over MIUI 12.5 system based on the Android 11 operating platform.
Previously, the devices have achieved the Enhanced Edition of MIUI 12.5 around November 2021. So far, the update made the internal system of the device more flexible.
