Xiaomi fixes Account and Sync apps addition issue with new MIUI 12.5 Beta update

Xiaomi has rolled out a new MIUI 12.5 beta update with version 21.7.20 in China. The new update brings some new features for Xiao Ai and fixes for setup to enhances device performance.

The latest update adds mobile phone Xiao Ai to support hands-free call and Xiao Ai supports controlling multiple smart homes in one sentence. It also fixes the problem that some apps cannot be added manually in “Account and Sync”.

Currently, the new update is only available for testers in China. You can check the updated changelog of this update mentioned below.

Xiao Ai

  • Added mobile phone Xiao Ai to support hands-free calling, and said to Xiao Ai “call mother hands-free”
  • Newly added Xiao Ai supports controlling multiple smart homes in one sentence. For example, you can say to me: “Turn on the lights and air conditioners”

From May 2nd, 2021, if there is a behavior of irrigation and the hope to increase the internal test score, it will greatly reduce the probability of passing the internal test.

We have also started hearing rumors about MIUI 13, which is the next MIUI version that the company will release in mid-August.
