Xiaomi has started to rollout a new software update for Mi 9 users. It installs the latest Android patches released in October 2020 to improves system security.

The new update optimizes the Control center layout in landscape mode. For Global variants, this update also fixes the issue that lowered the screen brightness automatically in some cases.
