According to the latest information, some users of Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S are facing calls audio issues. A group of users has reported about this annoying issue with their devices.

Users of Note 9S cannot be heard on the other end of the line when making and receiving normal calls while the other VoIP services like WhatsApp and more work just fine.
This is a permanent issue for some users, while others have success fixing this bug by restarting their devices. Some users are also facing this issue on other calls like Whatsapp calls.
The company is already aware of this issue and a fix could be coming soon. MIUI 12 update for Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S might this call audio issue.
