AT&T, Boost Mobile and Sprint rolling out the One UI 2.1 to the Galaxy S9 and S9+

The network carriers – AT&T, Boost Mobile, and Sprint are rolling out the One UI 2.1 update with July 2020 security patch for Galaxy S9 and S9+. This update enhances system security via the latest Android patches.

The One UI 2.1 update brings a bundle of new features such as Quick Share, Music Share, Camera zoom option, Single take, Night Hyper Lapse Mode, Shutter Button, dark mode setting, AR zone, Smart selfie, Live caption, Quick Crop, Screen mode Pro video mode, AR Emoji and more.

The build number of this update  ETG3 for Galaxy S9 and S9+. This device users have to download over a 1 GB software package to install this major update.

Recently, the T-Mobile carrier released One UI 2.1 update for Galaxy s9 series. This update is releasing via OTA for the device users.

It is recommended that you download it over a stable Wi-Fi connection. If you have not already received notification about its availability, you can try a manual search by going to the Settings app then Software Update, and then tap the download and install options on the following interface.
