October 2020 security patch rolling out to the Galaxy Note 10 and Note 20 devices

Samsung started rolling out October 2020 security patch update to its mid-range device Galaxy A50 from the first day of this month. Later, the Galaxy S20 and S10 series received the latest security patch update. The company following the lineup to send updates to its other flagship devices.

Samsung is now rolling out the October patch to the Galaxy Note 20 and Galaxy Note 10 series users. Read below for more information.

According to the latest information, Samsung Galaxy Note 20 and Note 10 series receiving the October 2020 update in the US (unlocked devices). Moreover, the Galaxy Note 10 getting the latest security update in Germany. It should soon be available to other regions and more Galaxy smartphones.

The update doesn’t bring anything else except the latest security patch. So far, Samsung didn’t share the October 2020 security patch details but expect this in the next few days.

If you want to check for the update manually, just open your device and go to the device Settings, tap on the Software update menu and go for the Download and install option.
