How to back up text messages on Samsung One UI 4.1?

Using Samsung Accounts and backup:

Firstly open the Settings of your phone, now select the Accounts and backup menu, scroll down and select Samsung Cloud, now open it, here you will see the options. Just select the Back up data, it’s possible to select whether you want only your text messages to get backed up. After you’ve made your choice, press Back up now at the bottom.

Samsung Cloud:

This is a storage space dedicated to keeping your files where you need them, and wherever you are. With this service, you can access files, photos, and more on any other PC or device by logging into your account. Also, you can send files from any Samsung device that is logged into your Samsung account.

Using Google Drive:

Firstly head over to the Settings of your phone, now select the Google menu, scroll down and select Backup, now open it, here you will see the many options. Make sure the Backup by Google One option is toggled on. If you wish to create a backup at that moment, press the Back up now button underneath.

  • If you do this, your system will back up most of your data, and most importantly, it will make copies of your SMS and MMS text messages as well as additional information on your phone.

Google Drive:

This service is a part of Google Workspace and is a safe place to back up and access all your files from any device. Easily invite others to view, edit, and more. Also, it is Google’s subscription service that lets you automatically back up your phone and manage your Google cloud storage. You get 15GB of free storage once you sign up with a Google account.
