Samsung Galaxy A51 LTE/5G gets One UI 3.0 Android 11 firmware update [Updated]

After the Galaxy A51 4G, Samsung pushed the Android 11-based One UI 3.0 software update to the Galaxy A51 5G smartphones.

Starting with the Galaxy S20 series, Samsung has impressively managed to provide the latest Android 11 upgrade to its every (eligible) newer and older flagship devices. Surprisingly, three popular budget phones of the Indian market that are the Galaxy M31, Galaxy M21, and Galaxy F41 have also got the major platform update within the last few days.

Now, Samsung started sending the stable Android 11 firmware update including the One UI 3.0 for the Galaxy A51 smartphones. Spotted in Russia, the latest software update can be identified with the build version A515FXXU4DUB1.

However, it is an initial rollout, so it may take some time to cross the limits of the Russian smartphone market. Also, it will hit different Galaxy A51 devices in several batches until the company ensures the stability of this new firmware.

To improve the system security, the company has also included the February 2021 security patch with the Android 11 upgrade. With the One UI 3.0, Galaxy A51 users will start experiencing a totally refreshed user interface as well as a revamped lock screen, home screen, app drawer, Settings menu, and more.

The Android 11 also has its own impressive functionalities such as one-time permissions, screen-recording, better privacy controls, chat bubbles, notification history, and more. It also enhances the system functions in order to increase the user experience.
