Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 (Wi-Fi) gets One UI 3.1 update

Samsung’s latest One UI 3.1 is now expanding to more of the Galaxy devices as the company is now releasing these latest changes and features for the Galaxy Tab S6. Although, the update is only rolling out for the Wi-Fi variant of the tablet and can be identified via version number T860XXU3CUB7.

This latest update also brings the Android 11 operating system for the Galaxy Tab S6 for the first time as the company skipped the One UI 3.0. Not only this, there are many other Galaxy devices that directly jumped to the One UI version 3.1.

This latest firmware also installs the latest March 2021 security update for improved system security and device stability. Samsung released the One UI 3.1 for the Galaxy Tab S7 devices for the first time after it was launched along with the Galaxy S21 phones.

Samsung One UI 3.1 allows users to remove the location of images before sharing and brings several new features including private share, object eraser, Eye Comfort Shield, video call effects, and more. [READ MORE HERE]

If you have not yet received the latest version of One UI 3.1 on your device via OTA, then you can also check manually by following the simple steps mentioned below.

  • Open Settings
  • Go to Software updates section
  • Then click on Download and install
