July 16, 2020: Oppo K3 gets the June 2020 security patch

Oppo K3 is getting the June 2020 security patch. In addition, it also fixes some bugs. The software version of this update is CPH1955EX_11_C.07. You can check the complete changelog below (via RMupdate).

  • System
    • Added the June 2020 Android security patch to enhance system security.
    • Added the “Rotate the guide bars with screen” switch for “Swipe-up gestures”. When this switch is on and your screen is in landscape mode, you need to swipe inwards from the longer edge of the screen to exit the current screen. When this switch is off and your screen is in landscape mode, you need to swipe inwards from the shorter edge of the screen to exit the current screen. (This switch is on by default. You can turn it off by going to “Settings – Convenience tools Navigation buttons – Swipe-up gestures”.)
    • Improved system stability.
    • Fixed an issue where storage data could occasionally not be cleared in “Phone Manager”.
    • Fixed an issue where Breeno Voice could not respond to your command.
    • Fixed an issue where the admin would not be able to edit family members in Family Sharing of HeyTap Cloud.
    • Fixed an issue where Game Assistant could occasionally not be called up.
  • Camera
    • Fixed an issue where a photo would still display the location information after the Location switch is turned off.
  • Apps
    • Optimized an issue where the music playback would stutter in the sign-in page of Naruto Online Mobile.
    • Fixed an issue where wrong location information would be displayed in the “Weather” app.
    • Fixed an issue where bullet notifications could sometimes not be displayed in games.

July 03, 2020: June 2020 security patch now available for the Oppo Reno 10x Zoom, Reno2 Z, F9/F9 Pro, and Find X, X2 Lite, X2/X2 Pro

Oppo has released the June 2020 security patch for the Oppo Reno 10x Zoom, Reno2 Z, F9, F9 Pro, and Find X, X2 Lite, X2, X2 Pro.

Oppo Reno 10x Zoom:

Oppo Reno 10x Zoom is getting the June 2020 security patch. This update also comes with support for camera video recording with the wide-angle and telephoto lenses.

Oppo F9 and F9 Pro:

Alongside the June 2020 security patch, the latest update also fixed some general bugs and improved system stability. It fixed an issue where the screen would flash when you swiped up from the bottom of the screen to switch between recently-opened apps.

Oppo Find X2 Lite:

The latest update improves system performance and stability. It also optimized power consumption to extend battery life. In addition, it also optimizes network and call performance.

Oppo Find X:

With the June 2020 Android security patch, the System sounds can now be captured when you make a screen recording.
It fixed an issue where the audio in WeChat’s voice chats would cut in and out when your phone was connected to your watch.
It also added a folder to save compressed files in “File Manager”. The update added the Mail app: Exchange accounts are supported so you can manage all of your email accounts from one place

Oppo Find X2 and Find X2 Pro:

It added the June 2020 Android security patch to enhance system security. You can now lock an app clone using the “App lock” feature.

It improved system performance and stability. Also optimized power consumption to extend battery life. It optimized the accidental touch feature for “Swipe gestures from both sides” and “Swipe-up gestures”: In the landscape mode, swipe once to go back while you are watching a video, and swipe twice to go back while you are playing a game. In addition, it optimized network and phone call performance.

June 24, 2020: June 2020 update is rolling out to the Oppo A7

Oppo A7 is now receiving the June 2020 security patch. The software version is CPH1901EX_11_A.17 for OPPO A7 devices (via RMupdate).

June 21, 2020: A new update with June 2020 security patch is rolling out to OPPO A9, A5 2020, and Reno2 F

OPPO A9 2020, A5 2020, and Reno2 F are getting a new software update with the June 2020 security patch (via RMupdate).

The Oppo A9 2020 with ColorOS 7.1 has software version CPH1937EX_11_C.65, the Oppo A5 2020 has CPH1933EX_11_C.65, and the Oppo Reno2 F receives CPH1989EX_11_C.10 with ColorOS 7.

June 17, 2020: Oppo F11 and F11 Pro June 2020 security patch

Oppo released the June 2020 security patch to the Oppo F11 and Oppo F11 Pro. It also optimized system performance. It is currently available in the Philippines and should soon be available in other regions.
