Vivo shared a teaser video of its upcoming ‘OriginOS Ocean‘ on its official Weibo account. The company has confirmed that it is going to introduce OriginOS Ocean on December 9, 2021, at 19:00 (11:00 am GMT).

Furthermore, the company has also stated that the recruitment of the internal beta program of the new OriginOS Ocean will officially open on November 29 at 17:00 (9:00 am GMT). Vivo users who are interested can participate in it through Vivo official website community and iQOO community.
However, the internal testing will be limited to Chinese users only so global users will have to wait more. Currently, the company has not confirmed the eligible devices list for this internal beta testing but tipster has revealed it.
