The OnePlus 8 series has recently started receiving the latest Android 11 based OxygenOS 11. Meanwhile, after updating the device to the latest version of OxygenOS, Amazon Prime Video could not download the videos.
An OnePlus user on the forum reported that “Prime video offline downloads not working after yesterday’s update to Android 11.” Some users are saying, disabling hardware acceleration could work but that is not the solution since the whole HD 1080p quality is gone.

It is still unclear why these problems occurring after the OxygenOS 11 update. The company has not responded to this issue yet. Hope the company will soon fix this unexpected issue and provide a new update for a better experience.
