March 2021 security update rolling out for OnePlus 9 and OnePlus 9 Pro

Last month, OnePlus unveiled its new flagship phones under the OnePlus 9 series that comes with a bunch of premium features. These smartphones are launched to redefine the photography experience along with Hasselblad camera technology.

Recently, the OnePlus 9 and OnePlus 9 Pro received February 2021 security patch along with some improvements and fixes.

Now, the company is sending a new software update for OnePlus 9 and OnePlus 9 Pro users. The new update brings a set of improvements and fixes to enhance the performance of the Camera, Dark Mode, and System.

The latest firmware version of this update is OxygenOS 11.2.2.2 and users will have to download a 378MB of software package to install the update. For more information, you can the full changelog mentioned below.

    • Fixed the issue that the time of Last Full Charge is reset after restarting the device

    • Fixed the small probability issue that the device may restart when playing games

    • Improved the sharpness, noise, and white balance of the rear camera
