OnePlus needs good OxygenOS software system for global comeback

OnePlus is standing in the global region with the OxygenOS software system. No doubt, the phone maker is always making new efforts to get back into the smartphone market. But the company needs to understand that people not only want good hardware but also a robust after-sale software updates system.

For instance, OnePlus 11 and the Nord CE 3 Lite are the latest devices. These come with OxygenOS 13 and 13.1 versions which are amazing software with smoother animations as well as better interactions. However, the after-sales service record of the tech maker has declined severely over the past few years.

After-Sale software support:

Since OxygenOS 11, OnePlus has rapidly improved the features and UI of the OxygenOS ecosystem. Although, we cannot deny the fact that the global software now offers more of the ColorOS experience to users, rather than the stock Android capability.

Even after several effective changes and enhancements, OnePlus fans still miss the old functionalities in their devices and recall the OxygenOS 11 and 12 versions. A few consumers even said that they would like to be served with the previous OxygenOS upgrades instead of the new ones as they are mostly filled with bugs and issues.

On the flip side, the Chinese version of OnePlus has been found in more priority these days. Phones with the ColorOS operating system get the best treatment among OnePlus regional devices. The changelog of the ColorOS 13.1 contains more tweaks and improvements over OxygenOS 13.1.

Meanwhile, the ColorOS release for OnePlus devices comes on time and with the latest features, software optimizations, and better improvements. Though the current OxygenOS train is sort of derailed from this theory. Hence, slow and delayed rollouts are the main barrier for overseas users.

Improvements:

Selling a handset with brand-new features is a big deal and the Nord developer is trying to perform that part quite well. Yet, sending timely software updates with fast execution is another major aspect of after-sales services, which still requires some serious attention.

In addition, the company needs to revive its platform to provide software update-related announcements on time. This will again be a helpful gesture towards consumers to know what’s coming their way instead of remaining unknown.

To conclude, a fast OxygenOS software update system will not only help OnePlus fans to obtain a better user experience but also the company to make a powerful comeback on the global surface.
