Back in June, OnePlus started OxygenOS 11 beta testing for its latest flagship OnePlus 8 and 8 Pro, which allows users to test the latest features offered by OxygenOS 11 before its general availability. Now, the company has started the OxygenOS Closed Beta program for OnePlus 8T users.
Unlike the OxygenOS Open Beta program, the Closed Beta program is only available to special users and is locked in secrecy. The group is made up of an elite crew of the OnePlus community members and it is an opportunity for OnePlus users to give feedback about their phones.
OxygenOS 11 is based on Android 11 and it comes with the most latest and advanced features. The features include the most demanding always-on-display, improved one-handed mode, optimized dark mode, and many more.
Required testers slot:
The company will be accepting 200 people into this Closed Beta Program and the chosen users will need to meet certain requirements.
In order to be eligible, you’ll have to meet the requirements below:
- Use an OnePlus 8T device
- Be an active OnePlus Community member
- Be willing to constantly communicate and provide feedback to the OnePlus team on Slack
This Closed Beta program will sometimes require flashing builds that require a clean flash, which will cause data loss.
