As of now, OnePlus has released two Android 13-based OxygenOS 13 updates for the OnePlus 10 Pro. In addition, the company has also started recruiting some eligible smartphones for OxygenOS 13 closed beta offering a way to test the latest version of OS.

Following this rollout for the OnePlus 10 Pro (Open Beta Update) will be able to try the new features and changes that come in OxygenOS 13. This latest custom skin brings AI System Boost, Always On Display (AOD), Quality of Life Enhancement, Smart Launcher, Sidebar Toolbox, Hyperboost game engine, Spatial Sound, and more.

Well, this is about the update but we know that with any beta version users encounter some issues. And these issues and problems are related to display’s sensors, camera instability, unwanted display flickers, overheating, and more.

Moreover, when OnePlus released the second open beta for OnsPlue 10 Pro the company also revealed some of the known issues that may affect your smartphone. Below you can check the list of knows issues and problems that OnePlus found.

  1. RCC cannot work normally in this build. (Re-logging may resolve the problem.)
  2. The carrier version (Zain) in Kuwait is unable to send MMS.
  3. The carrier version (Telecom) in North Macedonia is unable to send IMS.
  4. There is no response when clicking Capture log after switching Multiple users/System cloner/Languages. (You need to switch Multiple users/System cloner/Languages first before capturing the log in the feedback tool).
  5. A dot will display abnormally when pairing Bluetooth.
  6. The photos might be blurred when taking multiple pictures of people with Ultra Dark mode and zoom out at the same time.
  7. The screen will freeze when taking videos in specific scenarios.
  8. The pictures might be black when taking photos in the dark with Night mode. (You may solve the issue by clearing the camera’s data.)
  9. A dot displays abnormally in the status bar.

Explaining these known issues, you may encounter unwanted screen flickering while capturing photos or doing multitasking work. Also, the main problem is with your display abnormally while pairing Bluetooth.

Furthermore, your smartphone display may get freeze when taking videos in specific scenarios. Other than this you may also see certain problems while taking pictures it might be black when taking photos in the dark with Night mode.

These known issues suggest that most of the problems will be associated with your phone’s display, camera, and sensor related. However, all of these issues are not permanent, they only occur in the beta stage. Soon, OnePlus will fix all these issues and problems in the upcoming update. In the meantime, users are allowed to submit bug reports on the OnePlus community.
