New security improvements for the Redmi Note 8 Pro that carry May 2021 security patch for improved system security and device stability. Meanwhile, the company is also rolling out the June 2021 security update for global users.
According to the info, the latest firmware for the Redmi Note 8 Pro can be identified with MIUI version V12.0.6.0.QGGEUXM in Europe and carries an update size of around 2.3GB. Apart from any newly added feature, the update is limited to installing regular security patches.
