Samsung One UI 7 Beta

Samsung could give One UI 6 Watch-like visual makeover to One UI 7

Key Points

  • One UI 7 could follow the Samsung One UI 6 watch for an impressive user interface.
  • One UI 7 is expected to be released officially at the Samsung Developer Conference.

Samsung’s One UI 7 may adopt a visual design language similar to the One UI 6 Watch. It means the next iteration of Samsung’s custom skin could borrow some of the UI tweaks from the latest smartwatch software.

A tipster @kro_roe input suggests some of the UI from One UI 6 Watch will be implemented on One UI 7. The implementation of a similar UI could result in a more streamlined and intuitive user interface.

Samsung is currently running the One UI 6 Watch beta program for the Galaxy Watch 6, Watch 5, and Watch 4 series. Whereas, the Android 15-based One UI 7 beta is expected to be released sometime in October this year.

The One UI 6 Watch is designed to provide a seamless and intuitive user experience on Samsung’s smartwatches. Its UI features a clean and minimalistic design, simplified layouts, and enhanced always-on display capabilities.

Hence, users expect a cleaner and more minimalistic design, simplified layouts, intuitive navigation, streamlined settings menu, and much more with the next version of Samsung’s Android custom skin.

In June 2024, Samsung also confirmed that the SDC24 will take place on October 3, and at this conference, the tech maker will officially debut One UI 7 based on the Android 15 operating system.
