Samsung is rolling out the April 2023 Android security update for Galaxy A52 devices in India. The firmware is compatible with the baseline version One UI 5.1 and has arrived with PDA build A525FXXS5DWD1 and an installation package of 215.13MB.
The latest update will enhance the security of your device and bring improvements in the functioning of some apps. Additionally, the update may also bring fixes for various issues in the software system as well as upgrades to some features for an optimized user experience.
Simultaneously, it will also resolve more than 50 vulnerability exposures to make your device safe and more secure. Other than these common improvements, the changelog of the patch didn’t bring any new features or major changes for your Galaxy A52 device.
However, the April 2023 security update for Samsung Galaxy A52 devices, is not only rolling out in India, but it’s also available in Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Russia, Thailand, the Netherlands, the Philippines, and Vietnam. Thus, if you are residing in any of the markets then you can check and install the update manually.
To download the update manually. Open the phone’s Settings, scroll down, and hit the Software update tab. Once done, now tap on Download and Install button and fetch the new firmware version on Samsung’s server. Further, follow the on-screen instructions.
Note – Make sure your device must be charged at least 30% or above, and we recommend taking a backup of your important data for the safe side. Also, use an unmetered network connection for uninterrupted downloading.
