Samsung Galaxy A70s on One UI 3.1 gets April 2021 security update

In the month of April, Samsung has already started to roll out May 2021 security update. But due to different functions, several phones and tablets are still getting older security patches. Now, Galaxy A70s users have received a new software update in India, which brings improvements in system security.

Galaxy A70s is a mid-range phone by Samsung, which comes with One UI1.x based on Android 9 Pie. Later, the company delivered the One UI 2.x version based on Android 10 last year and delivered the One UI 3.1 function based on Android 11 in March 2021.

Speaking of the latest OTA, it comes with a PDA release version: A707FDDS3CUD1, which is dedicated to improving the security level of the Galaxy A70s by installing the latest Android and One UI patches released in April 2021. The update will not add new features or major system optimizations, although it can fix some problems.

Previously, Galaxy A70s users received the One UI 3.1 update based on Android 11, which provides a redesigned user interface and new features, such as-Eye Comfort Shield, Object Eraser, Private Share, Samsung Free, Google Duo and Stock Dialer Application integration, automatic bud switching, the ability to delete location data before sharing, and other functions.

Finally, if you have not received an update notification on your Galaxy Tab S5e, you should manually check for updates by navigating to the device settings, clicking the “Software Update” section, and finally clicking the “Download and Install” button.
