Samsung Galaxy Note 20 users in UK can now install March 2023 security update

Samsung is rolling out the latest March 2023 security update for the Galaxy Note 20 and Galaxy Note 20 Ultra smartphones. The update was initially released in the US, and it’s now available to download for users living in the UK.

As per the information, the March 2023 security update for Samsung Galaxy Note 20 and Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has arrived with One UI build version N981BXXS5HWC1 and N986BXXS5HWC1 respectively. Additionally, it includes a download package of 201.05 MB.

Moving towards the log, the latest firmware for Galaxy Note 20 brings security improvement, bug fixes, and stability optimization. This update does not include any new features or changes for your Galaxy device.

Therefore, the latest monthly patch fixes a bunch of vulnerabilities including 5 critical, and 35 high in Android and Samsung. Aside from this, it also includes 23 One UI patches which Samsung calls SVE. Together with Android and One UI patches, the latest software update provides the best security and privacy on Galaxy devices.

However, the Korean tech giant will expand the update to more users in the coming days or weeks. If you’re in the UK, then you are suitable to upgrade your device. You can install the update through Settings > Software Update >> Download and install.
