Recently, Samsung has rolled out new camera features for the Galaxy S20 and Note 20 series which added some of the latest camera features that were available on the latest Galaxy S21 series devices. It seems that the company is now expanding these features to more of its Galaxy devices.
According to the latest news, the Galaxy S20 FE users are now getting a new update that adds various features in the camera system which were previously available on the Galaxy S21 devices. The latest firmware update can be identified via the software version G781BXXU2CUC6.
Initially, the update has started to roll out for the number of countries which are mentioned below. It adds new effects in the portrait mode and the ultra-wide camera in Pro mode. While the Director’s view feature and the portrait images in low light conditions are still limited to the Galaxy S21.
This latest software update is only released for the 5G version and the LTE variant is not getting this update. Users can also check for the update manually through Settings > Software updates > then hit the Download and install button.
