The update is currently only rolling out to the Galaxy S20 Ultra but should be available to the Galaxy S20 and S20 Ultra soon. It is available in South Korea.
If somehow you managed to get the S20 Ultra and want to check for the update, just head into the device Settings and then tap on Software update menu.
