New camera performance improvements rolling out for Samsung Galaxy S21 in the US

Launched on January 14, 2021, the Samsung Galaxy S21 series comes pre-installed with Android 11-based One UI 3.1. The new premium S21 phones have received several software updates after their launch. Now, the company rolling out a new firmware update to these devices which brings improvements to the system functions and more.

According to the info, this new update for the Galaxy S21 flagships includes the February 2021 security patch. Furthermore, it enhances the system security and keeps the device protected against 4 critical and 32 high levels of CVEs, listed in this month’s security bulletin.

Apart from this, it improves the performance of the Camera for a better image capturing experience. Moreover, the changelog shows that the new update enhances the system performance of the Galaxy S21 smartphones as well as fixes some bugs.

A few things to be noted that the US unlocked Samsung Galaxy S21 models are getting this update via OTA. The company may also bring these changes to the international variants of the Galaxy S21 series in future updates.
