Samsung has started sending the latest July 2022 security patch update for the Galaxy S21 device owners in the US. The update was earlier released for the European models of the device and now the Carrier-unlocked models will experience the latest update.
Samsung Galaxy S21 July 2022 security patch update brings fixes for several issues and exploits in order to deliver a great user experience. At the same time, it fixes over 20 privacy and security-related vulnerabilities and exploits that include 3 critical and 20 high levels of CVEs.
The July 2022 Android security patch update can be identified via the One UI build version G991U1UES5CVF5 for Galaxy S21, G996U1UES5CVF5 for the Galaxy S21 Plus and G998U1UES5CVF5 Galaxy s21 Ultra respectively. The update is only released for carrier-unlocked models in the US at the moment.
Furthermore, the changelog of this update didn’t mention any new features or changes rather than the usual security patch and improvements. However, If you are a carrier-unlocked Galaxy S21 smartphone user in the US, then you can download and install this update.
