On May 27th, Samsung has begun to release the June 2021 security update for its latest flagship model. Just like last month, the Galaxy S21 series will start receiving updated security patches even before next month. However, the company has not expanded its availability because it is currently limited to Korean users.
It is worth mentioning that the changelog of the Galaxy S21 updated in June 2021 did not show any new features or system improvements. At the same time, some Korean Galaxy S21 smartphone users told us that they are now improving camera performance.
According to their feedback, the June 2021 update has made significant improvements to camera performance, and the changelog only shows newer security patches. Since then, we contacted the company for the exact information and changed the latest Galaxy S21 series software update.
When commenting on our query, the person in charge of the camera said that this update improves the lagging camera performance by reflecting the autofocus optimization related to the hook. In addition, the June update will additionally reflect the fixes from the most recent known path and include the Camera app bug fix.
The person in charge of the camera finally said: “When the update schedule is confirmed, the company will provide additional notice regarding this matter.”
Remind you that the June 2021 update of the Galaxy S21 series is currently limited to the Korean market. Samsung is expected to start a wider promotion soon. Till then you can also check for the updates manually.
