Now it’s the turn for the Note series to grab the latest firmware, recently, Samsung began sending the August 2022 security patch update for the Galaxy Note 20 smartphone in the US.

The Samsung August 2022 update is currently rolling out for the carrier-locked models of the Galaxy Note 20 series and which can be identified via the firmware version number N981U1UEU2FVG5 for Galaxy Note 20 and N986U1UEU2FVG5 for Galaxy Note 20 Ultra respectively.

The latest August 2022 update brings stability and security to your device and further boost the overall device performance, in order to provide users with a great user experience. Notably, as it’s a monthly security patch so it will also protect your phone from bugs and viruses.
