Oppo has now started rolling out a new software update with the latest security patch and a new feature to the Oppo A52. The latest update brings the August 2021 security patch and RAM expansion feature. The update Android 11-based ColorOS 11.1.
About the RAM expansion feature: you can now convert part of the storage into RAM to improve system performance by going to “Settings – About phone – RAM”. (Only available on phone models with internal storage of 128 GB or higher.)
