T-Mobile releases Galaxy S22 August 2022 security update in the US

A few weeks back, Samsung started the rollout of its August 2022 security patch with the Galaxy S22 smartphones, and lately, the carrier-locked models of the device also obtained the update. Now the update is expanding for the T-Mobile carrier-locked models of the Galaxy S22 series in the US.

“JOIN SAMSUNG ON TELEGRAM” 

T-Mobile released an August 2022 update with the firmware version S901USQU2AVG6, S906USQU2AVG6, and S908USQU2AVG6 for Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+, and Galaxy S22 Ultra respectively. It further carries a package size of around 539.60 MB.

This update brings improvements and enhancements to the system security of your device and it further enriches the stability by fixing several bugs and issues. Other than these fixes there is nothing that the official changelog mentions for this update.

As it’s a security patch update so it will definitely enhance the performance of your phone, so we recommend you to download it on your phone as soon as it arrives. Notably, the update is currently available for T-Mobile carrier users of the device, it will reach the remaining users in the coming days or weeks.
