Just like the other manufacturers Xiaomi also started rolling out its latest month patch- September 2022 security update for all eligible devices. It brings optimizations to the system security and enhances the overall device performance by fixing bugs.

The update is currently been rolling out for the Redmi 9C and Redmi 9C NFC smartphones, along with the big screen devices like Xiaomi Pad 5 and Pad 5 Pro. Owners of these devices will now experience an enhanced and boosted user interface.
As the monthly security patch are meant for enhancements and fixes, so it will nourish your device with a revived and better running then before. Users will also notice some fixes to the common issues that they were facing on their devices.
The September 2022 security patch update is been rolling out for Global users of Redmi 9C and for the Redmi 9C NFC users the update has shifted to Tukey. It can be identified via the build version V12.0.12.0.QCRTRXM and V12.0.14.0.QCSMIXM respectively.
On the other side the Xiomi Pad 5 users in EEA region will be able to determine the update through the version number V13.1.2.0.SKXEUXM. And for the Pad 5 Pro users the update is currently limited to China. However, it will soon reach to more users.
