Verizon is releasing the May 2023 Android security update for a total of 6 Samsung Galaxy devices in the US. This latest security patch has arrived with the aim to enhance the safety and security of your Galaxy smartphone. It will further resolve some common glitches in the system and make it more adequate.
As per the information, the list of Samsung Galaxy devices that are receiving the May 2023 security update from Verizon includes 6 models from different segments such as the foldable, flagship, and Fan Edition. Therefore, some of these devices have already collected the patch in other regions, and for some, it’s an initial rollout.

The May 2023 security update is rolling out for Galaxy Z Fold, Galaxy Z Flip 4, Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21+, Galaxy S21 Ultra, and Galaxy S21 FE with One UI build version F936USQS2CWD9, F721USQS2CWD9, G991USQU6EWD3, G996USQU6EWD3, G998USQU6EWD3, and G990U2SQU4EWD4 respectively.
