Xiaomi has continuously rolled out May/June 2022 security patch along with major MIUI 13 updates for several mid-range and flagship devices. Xiaomi, Redmi, and POCO smartphone users have received this update in different regions. This update comes with several security-related improvements and makes the device more secure.

Xiaomi is one of the few companies to release the July 2022 security patch, the latest July 2022 Android security update does not bring any significant changes. However, it brings various bug fixes and stability improvements to the system.

This update fixes various security and privacy-related issues including severe, high and medium CVEs and protects your smartphone from bugs and harmful functions. In short, these monthly updates protect your device from third-party threats and provide a secure and private experience.
