Now, WhatsApp is planning to replace the FAQ with the Help Center. FAQ function gives us the details about the frequently asked questions from different users and also provides their answers.

The Help Center option is currently available for beta testers of WhatsApp. If you are a beta tester and want to test this feature, you will have to update your WhatsApp application to version 2.20.207.3.

Once the testing will successful then this option will appear on everyone’s WhatsApp. In addition, the company is also working on a new feature that allows users to send messages via a WhatsApp chat. This feature will soon available in future builds.
