OxygenOS 14 will bounce on the device board with several useful tweaks and one of them could be an advanced screen recording feature. The latest inputs are surfing on the Twitter platform and are likely to make their way with the grand Android 14 upgrade.
According to the Android analyst @MishaalRahmaan, Google is making the screen recording feature more efficient with Android 14. The observer further said that it would be possible to use per-app screen recording without getting interrupted by alerts and notifications.
Earlier, there was no way to put the notifications out while videotaping the phone’s display. However, the tipster spotted a few notes in the Android 13 QPR1 and QPR2 that reflect the possibilities of an advanced, and more secure screen recording feature.
Ahead, Mishaal shared a video showing how it would be possible for an individual to carry out the mentioned function in Android 14. Eventually, when you start a screen recording on Android 14, you can opt to record the entire screen or a particular application.
On going with the second option, you will able to select one of the most recently used applications. Besides, a full list will be available if you swipe up to stretch the floating card. Once chosen, the app opens and the standard countdown begins.
Since only a single application is selected, you may not see any other notification or the main panel, appearing on the screen. In this way, you can avoid notifications from private chats, files, and other alerts from your screen recording.
