Australians ranked Samsung highest against more than 20 competing companies for being the Most Loved brand in products like Washing Machines, French Door Fridges, top-mount fridges, and Microwaves.

They were also recognized as being the Most Reliable and delivering Top Performance in many washing machine and refrigerator types. A Samsung Australia representative mentioned that their business is built around its customers, with a focus on creating appliances that offer long-lasting value and help people live better at home for many years.
