First leaked benchmarks of Apple’s “M1 Ultra Chip is revealed

The First leaked benchmarks for Apple’s M1 Ultra Chip have been surfaced online, revealing how significantly the Chip has performed with Mac Studio in comparison to the high-end device such as  MacBook Pro with M1 Max Processor.

According to benchmark sources, the results were leaked online around 4 PM according to Eastern Standard Time on Monday. Just after the few hours of Apple’s “ Peek Performance” event in which Apple has showcased its new M1 Ultra Chip. Apple has claimed that this chip is faster than its predecessors.

M1 Ultra Chip has achieved 1793 scores in single-core and 24055 scores in multi-core Geekbench 5 testing. AppleInsider has confirmed that the benchmarks are completely authentic, as informed from the Apple Sources. The performance of various devices are compared together and each of them has performed differently, which can be easily compared by the Geekbench testing scores.

The results surfaced on the Geekbench shows that the M1 Ultra is 21% faster than the top-spec Mac Pro which comes with an Intel chip in the segment of multi core performance. Talking about the single-core performance, M1 Ultra is 56% faster, which is in a queue with Apple’s own claimed benchmarks.

Other device such as Apple’s MacBook Pro, which engulfs an M1 Max Chip has achieved a score of 1739 with Single-Core and 11680 with multi-core in the same Geekbench. On the other hand the single core scores are quite comparative. The score of M1 Ultra multi-core scores are 105% higher than with M1 Max.

New Mac Studio is available at starting price of 3999 US dollars for the variant that consists of M1 Ultra Chip. Currently its available only on pre orders, starting from today and will be shipped to customers by Friday, March 18 2022, to their doorsteps.
