The 2nd One UI 3.0 beta build is now rolling out in the US and Korea. According to the latest information, this new update for the latest One UI 3.0 beta update for the Galaxy Note 20 series in Korea/US comes with software versions: N981NKSU1ZTJQ/N981U1UEU1ZTK1 and N986NKSU1ZTJQ/N986U1UEU1ZTK1 for the Galaxy Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra respectively.

So far, Samsung has released 4 One UI 3.0 beta build for the Galaxy S20 series. Now the company has started rolling out the second One UI 3.0 beta for the Galaxy Note 20 series (via Sammy Fans).
This new beta update for Galaxy Note 20 series comes with build versions: N981BXXU1ZTJQ and N986BXXU1ZTJQ for the Galaxy Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra respectively. The size of this update is nearly 700MB. The November 2020 security patch also included with this new update.
The changelog mentions that this new update brings system stability improvements and fixes some bugs of the previous beta build as well as some features enhancements.
