Android Auto users report random missing of Voice Command feature

Android Auto users are reporting a strange problem where the voice command feature via Google Assistant is missing. According to the new details, the voice functionality is not responding and prompts an error message – “Voice commands are not currently available”.

Notably, the Android Auto voice command missing issue is affecting many users irrespective of the car model, device type, and app build. But it looks like the root of this bug hides in the latest Google app update version.

The US tech giant has recently released the Google app v14.34.19.29 beta update which has randomly started causing trouble to Android Auto users. While users tried to solve the issue by uninstalling the app version, it fixed the problem temporarily.
