WhatsApp has recently pushed a new update for its users through Google Play Beta Program. Identified via the build version 2.21.24.8, the update introduces a new feature to WhatsApp beta testers called Reaction Notifications.

Earlier, WhatsApp started working on the message reaction feature. However, this feature enabled mistakenly but promptly removed the feature in the WhatsApp beta for the Android 2.21.22.7 update by which the testers could temporarily test the feature even if the reaction didn’t work.
Now, Whatsapp is working on the reaction notification features for Android devices. Our mate WABetaInfo shared the screenshot of the Reaction notification feature.
You can see in the above screenshot that you will be able to manage response notifications for individual chat threads and group chats, as well as when the Feedback Messages feature will be available in a future update.
Currently, there’s no information about the release date of this feature but the company will soon rollout the feature in future updates.
