OnePlus 9 users are facing issues with 5G network and 24 hours mode after OxygenOS 13 upgrade

OnePlus 9 9 Pro OxygenOS 13 update issues

OnePlus has recently updated its flagship smartphones with the Android 13-based OxygenOS 13. The latest update brings several new features, most of which are obtained from Google’s stock version of Android.

After upgrading to Android 13, the OnePlus 9 series users are facing a few issues. Some users are not able to connect to the Jio 5G network on the OnePlus 9 Pro, however, they can still see the 5G network icon.

After identifying this issue, OnePlus says “For those users who possess phone models which support the full amount of JIO SA, the carrier will send a message first to inform them that they should register and apply for 5G service through My Jio App so that the SIM card can activate 5G service after registration.”

Separately, for some users, the 24 hours mode is displaying incorrectly and seems to be missing part of the number on the OnePlus 9 Series.

OnePlus’s software team has already identified the root cause of the bug and has already fixed it. The company also suggested updating to the latest version of OxygenOS 13 and using the feature normally.
