OnePlus phone users struggling with contextual text issues in Always-On Display

OnePlus smartphone users are reporting an issue with the contextual text on the AOD (Always-On Display). Eventually, the existing problem restricts users to edit the text that appears on the AOD. The issue has been troubling users for a long time.

According to the details, several OnePlus phone users in the community forum are sharing their experiences with the contextual text issue in the Always-On Display section. A user carrying a Nord handset initiated the thread citing that he is unable to edit the text on AOD, even after enabling the required functions.

Responding to the thread, some individuals including the OnePlus 11 phone owner said that they are also facing the same problem and didn’t receive any fix or solution on this matter from the company’s side.

“Facing the same issue in OnePlus 11. Emailed them. They don’t have any solution other than suggesting resetting the phone. But I doubt that reset will correct the problem.”

We hope that the tech giant will soon release a fix on this matter in the coming days. Till then, let us know if you are dealing with the same defect, in the comment section.
