According to the information, a new string is been found which shows the development of a new feature called barcode with “omnient” codename used to denote Circle to Search. The string says “<string name=”omnient_1d_barcode_action”>Search this barcode</string>.”

The barcode support on Circle to Search will revolutionize the way users scan for code. It will not keep users limited to finding the related barcode images, instead will provide detailed information about the content.

Accordingly, there is no further information available about this upcoming feature yet. But this new element is currently in development and we could expect to see its availability on eligible Android devices like Pixel and Galaxy in the future.
