We are too close to the official launch of the Galaxy S20 series but we keep hearing the rumors and news about the upcoming smartphones.
According to a tweet by @rquandt, there will be a less expensive Galaxy S20 4G variant with 8GB RAM in some markets. While the Galaxy S20 5G variants will come with 12GB of RAM as standard in every other market. In addition, it will come with 128GB of internal storage as a standard option.
In non-5G markets, it will be a good option, they won’t have to pay extra for additional memory.
Not all Samsung Galaxy S20 4G models are equal. Some countries are getting an entry level config with 8 GB RAM instead of 12 GB to allow for lower pricing of the base models. 128GB flash memory on all variants and no other differences though.

Samsung will unveil its new Galaxy S series smartphones at the Samsung Galaxy Unpacked 2020 event this month. The official introduction will take place on 11 February 2020 in San Francisco.
