Vivo Y52s 5G launched in China, features Full HD+ display, 5000mAh battery, and more

Vivo has added a new member in its Y series – Vivo Y52s in China. It comes with affordable pricing that offers 5G connectivity which is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 720 SoC. Vivo launched it with pre-installed Android 10 based FuntouchOS.


The Vivo Y52s sports a 6.58-inch Full HD+ IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1080 x 2408 pixels and a 90Hz refresh rate. It is packed with 6GB and 8GB of RAM in addition to 128GB of internal storage with the support of expandable memory.

The smartphone sports a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging and is equipped with a dual rear camera setup and a single selfie shooter. The dual-camera setup includes a 48MP primary camera and a 2MP depth camera, the front camera comes with 8MP.


Other than this, the device holds a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and will connect USB Type-C, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, 3.5mm audio jack, and 4G/5G network.

Price and Availability:

This phone is available in three color options – Monet, Coral Sea, and Titanium Grey at RMB 1,598 (approx Rs.18,100) for 6GB + 128GB variant and RMB 1,798 (approx Rs. 20,300) for 8GB + 128 GB variant. It will be available from December 12 in China. Also, the company has’t announced any Indian launch date.
