Samsung Galaxy S23 sales number:
According to a new report, the Galaxy S23 series sales have reached almost 23 million units (22.89 million to be exact) in the past eight months.
- Galaxy S23 sales: 8.09 million units
- Galaxy S23+ sales: 4.11 million units
- Galaxy S23 Ultra sales: 10.69 million units.
Based on the report, the sales of the Galaxy S23 sold 22% more than the Galaxy S22 series during the eight-month period.
According to the new report, the Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Z Fold 5 have sold 3.51 million units, 2.26 million for the Galaxy Z Flip 5 and 1.25 million for the Z Fold 5. Meanwhile, the Galaxy Z Fold4 and Flip4 sales numbers were 3.63 million units, the Galaxy Z Flip 4 (2.28 million), and the Galaxy Z Fold 4 (1.35 million).
Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra camera specs:
According to the leak, Samsung will bring an enhanced 200-megapixel to the Galaxy S24 Ultra. Instead of the S23 Ultra’s HP2 sensor, the S24 Ultra reportedly brings 200MP HP2SX with 0.6um pixels. It will help the phone deliver improved details and color accuracy.
In addition, the Galaxy S24 Ultra is expected to come with a 10-megapixel IMX754+ (1.12um) Telephoto sensor with 3X optical zoom and a 50-megapixel IMX854 (0.7um) Telephoto camera with 5X optical zoom. As for ultrawide, the phone would make use of a 12-megapixel IMX564 (1.4um) camera.
Google Tensor G4 uses Samsung 4nm process:
According to a new report, the processor of the Pixel 9 series, Tensor G4, will be once again produced by Samsung on a 4nm process. The Tensor G4 will be produced using Samsung’s 4nm third-generation SF4P process.
It was earlier reported that Google would launch its first fully custom Tensor chipset from smartphones with TSMC rather than Samsung, the Tensor G5 for the Pixel 10. However, Google was expected to make these moves with Tensor G4.
This new report claimed that Google has submitted its order to Samsung for the later production of Tensor G4 for the Pixel 9 series.
