Xiaomi is reportedly planning to bring the new flagship smartwatch in the form of Watch S3, and now connectivity and battery details of the upcoming wearable are catching the attention of tech enthusiasts.
Notably, the Watch S3 will be the fourth smartwatch of Xiaomi’s S-series, as the company has previously introduced the Xiaomi S2, the Xiaomi Watch S1 Pro, and the Xiaomi S1.
According to the shared details of Digital Chat Station, the Xiaomi Watch S3 will have a bigger battery than its predecessor, and for the first time, a Xiaomi wearable will support LTE connectivity. The battery of the Watch S3 will be 520 mAh, which is slightly better than the 500 mAh cell on the Watch S2.
The OLED screen will reportedly gain an adaptive refresh rate, improving the battery life significantly. The upcoming watch will also support 4G connectivity and native voice calls. However, the next flagship wearable is expected to debut at the end of 2023, possibly with the Xiaomi 14 series in December.
