IBM India allows employees ‘part-time’ jobs, but only for valid reasons

IBM India has now announced that employees can find themselves part-time jobs, and Sandeep Patel, the company’s managing director, said in an email to employees that they can enjoy themselves as long as it doesn’t come at the expense of IBM.
