OnePlus 10R smartphone users are welcoming June 2023 with a new security update. The firmware holds the latest safety fixes and improvements for each device section. Alongside this, it optimizes the camera performance to boost the photography experience for consumers.

Last month, OnePlus blessed the 10R with the dynamic OxygenOS 13.1 upgrade and brought a significant change to these models. However, the newest version focuses on improving the overall features and further enhancing the user experience.

According to the changelog, the tech giant is pushing off the June 2023 update for two variants – the standard OnePlus 10R and the Endurance Edition with OxygenOS CPH2423_13.1.0.580 (EX01) and CPH2411_13.1.0.580 (EX01) builds, respectively.

The update is initially taking place in India via the OTA medium and could take a few days to complete the rollout. In case you did not receive the firmware notification on your phone then don’t worry and wait patiently for the latest version.

In terms of offerings, OnePlus has specifically released this new firmware including June 2023 security patches. Eventually, it will target hidden vulnerabilities in the internal framework that often becomes a reason for system crashes and data loss.

Besides, it increases the stability part of the device, making it more reliable for multiple operations. Perhaps, it marks an end to unusual lags and buffers that could compromise the efficiency of the smartphone. In addition, the firmware improves the camera functionalities.
